What we collect
The booking form asks for your name, mobile number, preferred date and time, consultation type, an optional area of concern and an optional message. We do not ask for your medical history on this website. If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we receive your number or email address and what you send.
Why we use it
Only to contact you about your appointment and consultation. We do not sell your details or send marketing messages. We collect them with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
Who else handles it
Requests sent through WhatsApp pass through WhatsApp (Meta). Form messages are delivered by our website host and email provider. These services may process data outside India and have their own privacy policies.
We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. It starts only after you scroll or tap, and uses cookies that do not identify you by name. The map on the contact page is provided by Google Maps.
How long we keep it
We keep appointment requests only as long as needed to arrange and follow up your care, or as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we will respond as soon as we can.
